Why I started this blog:

Understanding the WHY perspective is a key in learning any concept; specially in Agile. It gives sense of purpose and excel the outcome. I have learned Agile hard way in my career and I don't want other people to go through the same pain. Agile is not that difficult to understand or adopt if we keep the right mindset. In fact we use it in our day to day life. It's just we don't see it from common sense perspective or lenses. So decided to start writing blogs to spread awareness and help people understand about Agile (and framework like Scrum Kanban) & other concept revolving around this in IT industry.
